Personal Finances for Families with Teens
Coming in 2024As families embraced the American Dream and many experienced discretionary income for the first time, it was not unusual for children to be told,”What happens in our house is private. Never talk about sex, politics or religion, outside the family.” Today these topics are heard on television daily. But one taboo topic, which was not included in the privacy pledge, was money. We were not told to never discuss money, because financial decisions were never shared between parents and children.
PERSONAL FINANCES FOR FAMILIES WITH TEENS is a deep thinking course.
As your teens learn about goal setting, planning, finances, careers and post-secondary education selection and funding, you, the parent have an opportunity to reexamine your priorities and plans for the future!
And it is a fun, no pressure, reflection on the long-term.Â
